Mint FOR/SEO access issues

In Mint 1.5.1 dev-handle build (& v1.5.2.2 & 1.2) we have the following symptoms for FOR & SEO data.

• No obvious problem in Mint GUI for FOR/SEO records unless we login to Mint.
• In Mint GUI after login, all FOR/SEO records appear to say "Curation Data: Error accessing curation data. Please see system logs". The rest of the page is populated with what appears to be good content.
• main.log shows an exception was thrown for the above access:
  • ERROR namicPageServiceImpl * detail.py => Storage Error accessing data:
  • com.googlecode.fascinator.api.storage.StorageException: ID 'metadata.json' does not exist.
