Release 1.10.2
This is a minor release published in working with Deakin university for final release of 1.10x.
Included are fixes within fascinator-common-1.7 and fascinator-portal-1.7 for:
enabling capture of generic user from array
increasing limit for Hibernate UserAttribute constraint
greater flexibility in non-queued email notifier transformations
