[BUGBOT][User Interface] Invisible Cursor Bug

Description

The cursor becomes invisible when there are no entities on the screen. This issue likely occurs due to a pipeline bug when world UI's are not rendered. It behaves normally when entities are present.

Workarounds

Ensure that there are entities on the screen to prevent the cursor from becoming invisible.
