First pass at compare #11

Add compare split screen.

This includes:

Compare button on homepage, which shows if there are at least 2 results from API and defaults to first two results from API
Compare screen with unique route
Mobile behavior for compare screen
Query parameters to indicate the currently selected two assistants so users can save URL
Redirects if query parameters don't exist or the wrong number of items are input

Desktop only; needs error handling and mobile styles.
