Add a list of commands to oc command task

User can now execute their own oc command by typing the command in a textbox. It could be useful if we also show a list of potential commands a user can execute. This way beginners can take advantage of it while advanced users will still be able to write their own commands.

@jeffmaury Something like this. There is a dropdownlist with a list of possible commands. We can also customize the args input fields to show based on the command selected.

I don't think login/logout command should be exposed at there are represented by the connection parameter that user needs to configure

I agree, keep in mind that that image is just an example of another extension not related to openshift. Just posted that pic to show you the idea. Commands will be different.
