When the kn cli version is updated it may require a restart to work properly.

I know that if you have the kn cli setup on the path then you need refresh. We might get away with sourcing the file but that is too specific to the user and the OS. Easier to just restart VSCode.

We can fix it by suggesting a restart after kn update.
