Describe the bug
Jira tickets (e.g. AAP-12345) are being incorrectly flagged by Vale under the RedHat.Definitions rule.

Examples:

  • Define acronyms and abbreviations (such as 'AAP') on first occurrence if they're likely to be unfamiliar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a Jira ticket reference to a doc/file for example AAP-12345
  2. Vale reports an illegitimate suggestion.

Expected behavior
Jira tickets shouldn't be flagged by the RedHat.Definitions rule
