jenkins-job-builder failed to load jenkins jobs files when installed with yum method.

there are three ways to install jenkins-job-builder in jenkins master: git, pip, package.
but when it's installed with 'yum install python-jenkins-job-builder', jenkins-jobs command failed to load jenkins job yaml files.

I wonder if this is an issue with the upstream package being out of date... ?
