Can I install notify-gh-plugin on github enterprise account?

Can I install notify-gh-plugin on github enterprise account? I have an app on gh enterprise which is using reg-suit but I don't see any option to get clientID for this account. I can't login to your page https://github.com/apps/reg-suit which requires github.com account so at this moment it's impossible for me to add this plugin to this repository.
