Cant't Compile the Mach3 Plugin

I have very many error when I try to compile the plugin ...

What version of VS are you using? And with OS?

I haven't done anything with that lately and don't have access to the PC that I built it on. Check the document that I wrote and the Machine SDK.  I believe is was VS8.
