Using Statecharts with SHACL for dMRV workflows

A single SHACL schema could be used to describe a single on boarding workflow in a dMRV workflow, then we could describe the whole dMRV workflow - including input from multiple parties and data sources - using a statechart.
This could be a generic way to define dMRV workflows both on and off-chain.

Here are a few items that we should discuss / do some more research on:

• Figure out a way to use SHACL and statecharts in conjunction.
• Think through some examples based on what we know with CarbonPlus Grasslands Methodology and Credit Class.
