example does not work

only test on android.
App is start. but in debug console there has some info:

I/flutter (26301): Initializing...
I/flutter (26301): Initialization done
I/flutter (26301): Running false

and Status is always "Is not running."
there is nothing status change after start button press.
and after press stop button has a log info:

D/BackgroundLocatorPlugin(26582): Locator service is not running, nothing to stop
