Solving Uncaught SyntaxError: Identifier 'React' has already been declared

I'm seeing multiple GitHub issues about this like #2987, #2692, and so on. Is there any guidance on how to get around this issue? I've tried some of the proposed solutions but no luck so far.

Wow, somehow I managed to stumble upon the fix just 5 minutes afterward. Posting it here just in case anyone needs a solution.

Use .client.ts, possibly ClientOnly from remix-utils, and/or <React.Suspense> to code split client-side only code. In my case, I'm using all three, but it only fully worked when I used Suspense.
