Great plugin - how do you refer to the new images ? #1

Hi, thanks for this plugin. I have it working, with the new images created and in the right directory. The issue I'm having is figuring out how to refer to the new cropped image via the RSForm email submission. Ideally I want to attach the new "*xxx-tn.jpg" to the email output, rather than the original image. Any ideas?
