Unable to use extractVersion together with custom versioning

We have a Git monorepo helm-charts with tags in format ${CHART_NAME}/${SEMVER_VERSION} (e.g. example_chart/1.0.0). The chart version is used in .gitlab-ci.yml in target repositories:

HELM_CHART: example/example_chart:1.0.1

I have tried to use the following Renovate config:

Is it possible to use extractVersion together with custom versioning?

There is a different error when I remove versioning:

Yes, but I think that is not the issue.

Ok, extract version looks good. Maybe it's an issue with git-tags datasource. Is the original chart repo using gitlab releases? Than you can try it as workaround.

There was unfortunately the same issue with gitlab-tags datasource, that's why I switched to git-tags datasource.
