Don't raise intermediate error through tree execution flow upper

LaunchReporter.FinishTask.Wait() throws a big exception in case of leaf of tree fails, and this exception contains intermediate exceptions like 'Failed to finish test item due inner test item failed to finish'.

Need clean it and throws Failed to finish launch due some inner test items failed to finish with actual http exceptions in InnerException as AggregatedException.
