CSS or SCSS #75

The initial website template was built with SCSS. This one is now working of the generated CSS.

Questions

  • How difficult will it be to move to using SCSS (django_compressor is listed in requirements.txt but not enabled anywhere in the config/settings/ folder
  • In any case need to formulate and document a strategy for modifying css

SCSS is compiled to CSS during development through gulp (when running npm run serve).

I do agree that we should make it more clear in README which CSS file is the 'main' one for editing (it's /reprohack_hub/static/sass/style.scss).
