Since the move to automated materials.xml generation, some materials may have been lost in the process or their names changed.

This can be a good opportunity to establish some rules when defining materials:

  • Material names should follow the CamelCase notation (e.g. StainlessSteel).
  • All materials should be composed of NIST materials whenever possible (G4_Pb instead of Lead etc.).
