Same as revaultd, cosignerd should print:

1622739282[cosignerd][INFO] Started cosignerd daemon with Noise pubkey '12fafa9fe001f39db2aab3492e51d9c0b7f3d25813ef8120a5a7cd6df7df7e7d' and Bitcoin pubkey '02abe475b199ec3d62fa576faee16a334fdb86ffb26dce75becebaaedf328ac3fe'

on the stdout even if we started it with daemon=true
