Give a longer description of what this PR addresses and why it's needed
Adds the audio recording portion of the think aloud branch. Records audio, stores audio, and has a small UI element showing recording.
Are there any additional TODOs before this PR is ready to go?
One small problem is that when we stop recording, the browser still shows a recording icon. This is theoretically because I pause the mediarecorder instead of stopping it completely, though i tried stopping it and still got the icon. It's not a problem on our end, we really are not recording, but could worry participants
