The CloneAssignClone in the runmtclone.py

Hi,

I am trying to use runmtclone.py in my data, but I can't install the module "CloneAssignClone" imported in line 17 of runmtclone.py, I didn't find it in the PyPI or Github, would you tell me how to install it? or is it a function defined by the authors? if so, could you also provide this?

Hi,

I’ve uploaded the necessary files, CloneAssign.py and CloneAssignClone.py, which are required for running runmtclone.py. These scripts are from the TreeAlign repository, which you can find below:
https://github.com/shahcompbio/TreeAlign/tree/master

To help you get started, I’ve also included test data under mtdna-dlp/data/example.
