Project Plan for 2017

investigate what is pkgdiff and it's advantages
get feedback on user experience of dnf POC plugin from community
- fix issues in plugin when any error in zsync occurs it will download repos in standard way
- announce it on fdl, let users try it and get feedback
cherry-pick patches from other zsync forks
create a library from it
call zsync lib from librepo
call zsync lib from createrepo_c
file ticket to fedora infrastructure to use it
