This repo was created to store all the necessary code for the Oncoanalyser Workshop given in Bucharest, Romania on November 25th & 26th 2024
It contains
- A startup script for setting up the machines with Java, Docker, Nextflow and Oncoanalyser (& additional scripts for re-running & de-installing should that be needed)
- A samplesheet for the ColoMini dataset that will be used for demonstration
- The BAM files of the aforementioned samples (1 Tumor vs 1 Normal)
