Exclude resources configmap from PR to charts repository

Since the specs and schemas are already included in the workflow's image, built by the pipeline, there is no need to including any resources other than the Sonataflow CR and the props configmap.
Therefore, not to fail on configmap limit size, the unused resources can be excluded from the PR used to be sent to the config repository.
