bug(rhino-system): window doesn't fit on XGA resolution

The vast majority of cheaper laptops a few years ago, that people still use because the majority stopped buying new PCs, used the 1366x768 resolution. However, both the Rhino-info/update app, and the landing app for Rhino (that loads the first time when you install the OS), don't fit in that resolution. With the use of the ALT key they can be made workable, but they should fit by default.

Hi Eugenia, It is important that you utilise our issue templates for bug reports and follow proper convention and title formatting to ensure that bugs are triaged faster, as this can lead to delays in our development process.
