database table wb_property_info is not reliably populated

As the JSON structure available in the database is not giving the correct datatype for claims, that information has to be looked up in the table wb_property_info.

However, not all properties that are represented in the page table have an entry in wb_property_info.

Once a "missing" property is edited via the Wikibase interface, it magically appears in that table!

If this is a bug in Wikibase, should be fixed there.
If this is by design, should find a way to automate the process.
