To fix missing whitelist entries only: Run from SSH: php -f fixSUPEE6788.php -- fixWhitelists

Just to be clear: does this fix it and add the entries? We are still seeing a problem after applying?

Or does the command only show the list and expect me to add them manually?

OK the problem is this. When the tables dont exist, caused by this error (http://magento.stackexchange.com/questions/87914/tables-permission-block-and-permission-variable-not-created-after-supee-6788) --- then there is no clear error warning. Maybe the tool should first check for the existance of the tables ... and give an error hwen they are missing.
