10.6.7 installer won't recognize internal HDD as install location. #355

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.use NetbookBootMaker/NetbookInstaller to create bootable 10.6.7 retail disk 
install on USB external HDD
2.boot into installer, select language
3.No HDD is available to install on.

What netbook are you using this on?
Acer Aspire one KAV10 (10")

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Internal 250GB HDD a selection for an install. instead nothing is available.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NetbookBootMaker/NetbookInstaller 0.8.4 RC1 on Mac OS X 10.6.7

Please provide any additional information below.
HDD is 250GB, Apple branded SATA drive. RAM 2GB DDR2, Intel Atom 1.6, all is 
seen by system profiler perfectly except for internal HDD. seems to not be able 
to "see" it. HDD is recognized in Diskutil an can be formatted to Mac OS 
Extended (journaled) with a partition set to GUID Partition map. 
Also unable to recognize internal HDD as an install location even if install 
DVD image is restored to an 80GB drive, ran through both programs in question 
and booted from internally.
