Go get timeout during installation

Set GOPROXY enviroment variable as follows (go1.13+):

$ go env -w GO111MODULE=on
$ go env -w GOPROXY=https://goproxy.cn,direct

Whether compilation on MAC/Windows OS is supported or not ?
