Fix compatibility with composer/installers

This release reworks a few mechanisms of this package to make it work better along side the composer/installers project. Ultimately usage of the two projects resulted in this package not being used.

This release also improves usability by allowing integrating better with composer, and allowing the discovery of path configuration when a module is install, and resets composer in order to ensure that those new paths can be used for other projects being installed. Before this release, new packages would not effect the installer paths, which resulted in paths not loading correctly.

Initial Release of package

This version is the initial release of the package. It has working discovery of composer installer-paths in the configuration for dependent packages. Details and further information about this project, can be found in its readme.
