Slim social Web pg is not opening

I get an "oops, this pg could not be loaded as it may be broken or may gave moved" when I try to load slim social. I am using the unplugged phone and the downliaded UP VPN app. Also, whenever I do something anywhere on my phone it notifies me twice.
For example: 2 notifications for 1 download. I've had trouble in the past of hackers having access to my phone

Getting the same, can't open open most comments. In my groups, seems intermittent.

The feed seems to be no issue.
