Keyboard makes post composer unusable on 1080p

On my 1080p Samsung A5 2017 phone screen, in portrait mode, opening the keyboard while composing a post reduces the viewport height so much, the text input area becomes hidden.

Possible fixes:

• Add global UI/text scaling settings
• Make the composer more compact via css

agreed, ways to lock the scaling/shaping and skip animation would really help
