Major input lag

I've used this with multiple emulators, and with each one, the input lag is terrible, and half of the buttons I've mapped don't work

I'm experiencing this as well, while trying to use Moonlight streaming. I don't don't experience any lag when using the joy-cons individually, but when using this driver the buttons and analogs won't respond at all unless I hold them down for a few seconds.
