LWGP, SWGP and ADDIGP

Reminder to reevaluate LWGP and SWGP instructions when we start working on the 32-bit version of Zc* extension.
Perhaps we should also consider an instruction to generate GP relative addresses, e.g ADDIGP with a long immediate similar to LW/SWGP.

PS: Our benchmark suite does not currently contain any benchmark that uses a significant amount of data from a wide range of the address space. Perhaps, we should try to find benchmarks that directly target that.
