runtime: text follow path using text modifiers

The runtime version of https://github.com/rive-app/rive/pull/9069 This PR can be reviewed by commits. Note that I included some editor changes here only for the purpose of locking in the ID's of the fields. Most of the description's in https://github.com/rive-app/rive/pull/9069. The approach is exactly the same.
