Feature update

-Added tabs for switching between dependencies and overriding view.
-Added check box button for switching overriding view on and off
-Added check box button for switching dependencies view on and off
-When checking for overriding data mods that are overridden now have a red fore color, mods that override have a green one and mods that do both yellow.
-When checking for dependencies mods either get a green color for all dependencies met or a red one for missing.
-When pressing apply now checks for dependencies and prompts user with info and if they want to continue.
-Various debug output to console.
