level 10 spear merc, dancing bug.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use spear merc
2.turn dancing on
3.observe

What is the expected outcome? What do you see instead?
When i have dancing on the spear mercenary displays odd behavior. It will not 
use any skills, and will sometimes become fixated on a single point and "dance" 
as if it were attacking something, but there is not actually anything there.

What revision of the product are you using?
