What feature would enhance usability or efficiency?

Lowered delay on Vanilmirth's bolts - I've seen a friend's AI that, with a 150 
int bragi, has little to no delay on the auto Caprice bolts. 

What steps would demonstrate the improvement granted by the recommended
feature?
1. Give Bragi/Strings to Vanilmirth
2. Set the AI to allow skills as attacking
3. Watch as a rain of bolts comes down on the targeted mob/player, 
automatically with little to no delay between bolts

What is the current behavior in the above situation?

The bolts still have a long delay time between them.

What revision of the product are you using?
2011-01-12

What type of homunculus/mercenary are you using?
Vanilmirth


Please provide any additional information below.

Yes, I'm aware Bragi/strings normally doesn't affect homunculus but it does in 
this server I'm playing in. That said, I was wondering if such a feature could 
be implemented, or is already in.
