I've followed the guide to installation by tortoise SVN. 
I log in the game, i've check that /hoai is on custom (telport/login again), 
but when i search the RAIL_State.homu.lua, there isn't in my RO folder. 

Can you help me?

Yeah I just followed the installation guide. Missing this file also.
