Honestly, I don't know. Technically it is not related to RNP. It doesn't depend on RNP, neither RNP depends on HKP Client. It simply fetches some information from the Internet without caring why. On the other hand, this tool is meant to query keyservers for GPG public keys, and it is potentially useful for RNP users.

I am neither for nor against. I'll be happy with either resolution.
