hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net operates over HKPS, however the certificate was issued by sks-keyservers.net authority, which is not trusted by default (see: https://sks-keyservers.net/overview-of-pools.php). Write a README section how to set up it for HKP Client. Some enhancements to the library may be required, too.
