Single Waves-Plugin not being picked up

Problem description

I'm using quite a few Waves Plugins through WavesCentral (it's a mixture of v13, v14 and v15 plugins), and all of them work well except one:

Waves Harmony is one of several v15 plugins, but the only plugin overall that is not picked up by yabridge (checked with Reaper and Carla), even though it is being made available as vst3 according to the product page.

What did you expect to happen?

yabridgectl sync should pick up Waves Harmony the same way it does for my other Waves v15 Plugins.

What actually happened?

Yabridge does not detect this (and only this) plugin on sync.
