What does moveCompleted variable do in SERVER.mod? #18

Hi, I wonder what is the purpose to use moveCompleted.
https://github.com/robotics/open_abb/blob/fuerte-devel/RAPID/SERVER.mod#L34
It looks it doesn't do anything inside SEVER.mod, but does this need to be set before and after MoveL command?
