CommonLibSSE requires the original SkyrimVR executable to be named as such to detect it as running as SkyrimVR. Currently, it tries to use the SSE versions which fails on the VR version.

As of now your only option would be renaming the executables manually and running MO2 outside of Steam (reference post install instructions).

CommonLibSSE would have to implement some form of parametrization to be compatible with the current setup.
