The filter toggle elements have duplicated ID's - Inactive, Private, and Affiliated are duplicated between the Involvement and Ministry tabs which results in screwy buttons b/c jQuery gets confused. Need to put them in separate namespaces or something. Only visible if you're a leader of both an Involvement and a Ministry.
