Currently shows during initial boot, profiles affected Leap (depending on JeOS time taken) TW more commonly.

No known consequence as initial Web-UI setup page and following Web-UI work as expected, and in all subsequent reboots this failure is no longer evident.

Note that on long Leap installs - i.e. reading installer license agreement etc, further c2, c3 variants have also been seen.


Reproduced vai installers created using config and all updates as per the time of this issue creation.

An example of this issue from a qcow2 installer image first boot (profile Leap15.6.ARM64EFI):

Postgres-user-session-c1

In the above the c1 variant fails but c2, c3, c4 are OK
