To Reproduce

According to https://rockylinux.org/download the docker images are currently on version 9.4 / 8.10, but the page points to https://hub.docker.com/_/rockylinux where the latest version is 9.3 / 8.9 because of the open pull request docker-library/official-images#16754

Either the version on the download page should be changed to 9.3 / 8.9 while the pull request is pending, or the links should be changed to point to https://hub.docker.com/r/rockylinux/rockylinux which does have 9.4 / 8.10?

Expected Behavior

I expected the version shown on the download page and the docker library to match.

This appears to still be an issue for 8.10 and 9.5. @FoggyMtnDrifter and @NeilHanlon can you please look into this?
