Added plugin bypass
Added plugin reordering
Cleaned up the menu
- Added headings
- Reset all plugin states in right click menu
- Toggle icon color (Windows and Linux)
Cleaned up keys in the setting file (past and future versions should have no trouble sharing a settings file)
