conflict with Betweenlands mod

The betweenlands is a dimension mod that adds a "decay" bar above the hunger bar (info on betweenlands wiki). When Multi-Hotbar is installed, the decay bar doesn't render. The bar seems to still be there and function normally, however it is invisible (which is really annoying since bad things happen when your decay is too low). With all the new items the betweenlands adds, multi-hotbar works very well with it. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be resolved.
