A hash colission I noticed

In the mission "Stingers" one of the cops' subtitle doesn't show up correctly. He says "The government wouldn't go for it." but the subtitle shows up as "Hey, how you doing?" I managed to find it by editing all of the "Hey, how you doing?" texts in the game one by one until I found out that it actually triggers pbjsaud file's 0x85469EDF hash apparently. Could this be fixed? Thanks in advance.
